▐ 服務說明：
提供身心障礙者有更多社會參與機會並融入社區生活，擬結合社區人力資源，加強身心障礙福利服務，辦理相關教育活動，使身心障礙者社會學習更多元化，生活更豐富，並舒緩家庭照顧者之照顧壓力，提升身心障礙者及其家屬之家庭整體生活品質。
▐ 申請對象：
設籍新北市且年滿18歲以上之身心障礙者，不足名額依一定比例開放予外縣市18歲以上之身心障礙者。
▐ 報名方式：
請親自逕向各分校承辦單位登記報名，每學員每季報名班數不限，但同一分校內僅能報名1班級。設籍新北市身心障礙者每名不超過新臺幣新臺幣300元，中低收入戶或領有身心障礙生活補助者折半，低收入戶免費（中低收入戶、領有身心障礙生活補助者或低收入戶請繳交相關證明文件）。外縣市身心障礙者報名費為新臺幣500元整不得享有優惠減免。
▐ 報名期間：
春季班2～3月、秋季班8～9月，額滿為止。詳細招生資料請見本局一般公告內的招生訊息。
