Course Content:
1. Sheet metal theory explanation, document writing, and safety instructions for use
2. Introduction to facilities and equipment, use of vehicle body measuring tape and vehicle body dimension measurement
3. Vehicle body damage assessment, mold setup and damage assessment
4. Introduction to CO2 welding and practical operation, sheet metal forming and assembly
5. Sheet metal repair drilling, fender repair and shrinkage, and introduction to accident vehicles
6. Student learning outcome assessment and course completion.
